Truck Parking USA, an online and mobile platform for truck parking facilities, has a new integration partnership with commercial truck routing software company ProMiles.
According to the 2017 Critical Issues in The Trucking Industry Report from the American Transportation Research Institute, truck parking and transportation infrastructure are among the top ten most challenging issues facing the trucking industry.
The app has been tried and tested by a community of over 140,000 truck drivers. Its truck parking locator allows drivers to find available parking spots before pulling over.
Drivers receive access to parking locations and can filter by amenities and security features that are most important to them. The app also provides reviews written by a community of truck drivers who can report free parking spots near them.

Truck Parking USA parent company PTV Group was acquired by Porsche Automobil Holding SE in October 2017. PTV Group is a provider of software for traffic planning and management as well as transport logistics. Porsche SE will continue to operate the business independently.
