
Hogan (CCJ Top 250, No. 54) has been acquired by vehicle rental giant Enterprise Mobility, parent of the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo brands. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Hogan operates more than 10,000 pieces of equipment at 50-plus locations in the United States through a broad portfolio of commercial transportation services, including full-service truck leasing, truck rental, dedicated transportation services and other custom-designed transportation and logistics solutions.
Enterprise Mobility has a diverse fleet of Class 1-6 vehicles and a broad portfolio of mobility offerings, including a leading offering in fleet management and light- and medium-duty truck rental.
Enterprise Mobility President and CEO Chrissy Taylor said adding Hogan's business allows her company to expanded its portfolio of services and its fleet, which now includes Class 7 and Class 8 heavy-duty trucks along with specialized equipment such as refrigerated trucks and trailers, flatbeds, automotive haulers and livestock trailers.

Both companies are based in St. Louis, and Hogan will operate separately "for the foreseeable future," the company said Monday.
