SkyBitz has introduced its Kinnect Telematics Gateway for SmartTrailer.

The next-generation GPS tracking solution is designed to capture and communicate all remote asset data through a single device. Kinnect, the foundation for SkyBitz SmartTrailer offerings, combines high processing power, wireless technology, large capacity solar rechargeable battery and optional tether capability, resulting in a flexible and expandable telematics platform. With this new offering, SkyBitz claims customers can benefit from a wireless platform that supports a variety of sensor capabilities; multiple power options that ensure continued connectivity; volumetric capacity measurements of trailers or containers; and long product battery life in harsh environments.
