Mack Trucks has sponsored the American Trucking Associations' Workforce Heroes, a program created to help recruit military veterans into a career in the trucking industry, since its inception in 2018. Driven by Share the Road professional drivers, it travels to military bases, career fairs and schools. ATA's Share the Road program is an education platform for the public on how to safely share the road with large trucks.

The Workforce Heroes Pioneer is on display this week at the American Trucking Associations’ Management Conference & Exhibition in Charlotte.
