Truck and engine manufacturer Navistar Inc. has completed its acquisition of refuse truck body maker E-Z Pack Manufacturing.
Lisle, Ill.-based Navistar is now operating the E-Z Pack business, VP and General Manager Steve Guillaume said in a letter sent to customers.
E-Z Pack bodies will continue to be manufactured at its facility in Cynthiana, Ky., he added.
E-Z Pack will keep its “seasoned sales team” and nationwide distribution network, according to the letter.
Navistar announced it was acquiring “certain assets and intellectual property” from E-Z Pack in May 2012.
