Arsenault Associates — provider of Dossier fleet maintenance management software and related technology solutions — announced the launch of a major expansion of its Technology and Development Center in West Chester, Pa. Arsenault says it will double the size of the current facility and add software developers to the staff immediately.

“At a time when most companies are cutting back, we’re expanding,” says Bob Hausler, vice president of marketing and technology. “We’re investing in both infrastructure and features that will form the foundation of the next generation of our Dossier technology. This commitment means Dossier will continue to deliver profit-driving and cost-savings solutions both now and in the future.”

Arsenault opened the Technology and Development Center in May 2007. West Chester, a western suburb of Philadelphia, is home to West Chester University and many technology businesses.

“This expansion means that Arsenault Associates and Dossier will be of even greater value to our customers,” says Charles Arsenault, founder and chief executive officer of the Burlington, N.J.-based company. “With companies feeling the pinch of current economic conditions, getting the most out of every dollar in fleet operations is critical. Dossier helps our users do just that. This expansion positions us to build tomorrow’s technology while helping out customers today.”

The Technology and Development Center in West Chester is responsible for product development, corporate technical infrastructure and operating systems, as well as software programming and customer-led innovations to Arsenault’s maintenance management solution, Dossier Fleet Maintenance Software.
