Michael Spearin has joined Evansville, Ind.-based Atlas Terminal Company, a subsidiary of Atlas Van Lines, as director of fleet maintenance. In this position, Spearin will oversee day-to-day operations of the fleet maintenance shop serving the nation’s second-largest moving van line and its agent network.
Spearin has 14 years of experience in the fleet maintenance industry, most recently serving as a shop foreman for Freightliner-Western Star of Evansville, Ind. Spearin previously served as a garage foreman for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, and also worked as a mechanic and shop foreman for Burke Distributing Corp. and as a mechanic for Colony International Truck Center.
