Meritor WABCO Vehicle Control Systems announced Thursday, Aug. 13, that MAC Trailer selected Meritor WABCO as its standard antilock braking system supplier, effective July 1.
“MAC’s decision is a further affirmation of our leadership position in trailer ABS and trailer stability control systems,” says Jon Morrison, president of Meritor WABCO.
MAC Trailer, with manufacturing and offices in Alliance and Salem, Ohio, manufactures dump, flatbed and transfer trailers, straight truck bodies and pneumatic tankers. The company has an extensive authorized dealer network.
Meritor WABCO says it provides trailer ABS to cover virtually all industry applications as well as providing industry leading service and support. Meritor WABCO says it has one of the most comprehensive warranty programs in the industry, offering three-years/300,000 miles parts and labor.
