NorCal Produce settles with CARB for $32,550

The California Air Resources Board came to terms last month with NorCal Produce for $32,550 for failing to submit its TRU facility report.

CARB investigators found that the West Sacramento-based produce company did not submit the required facility report by the 2006 deadline, as required by the transport refrigeration unit air toxic control measure.
