Dickinson Fleet Services, an independent provider of fleet maintenance and repairs, recently acquired VehiCare maintenance facilities located in Orlando Tampa, and Houston. Terms were not announced.

Dickinson Fleet Services, headquartered in Indianapolis, is a family-owned truck maintenance and repair company that says it offers billed on a sales-and-service basis. Dickinson’s mobile onsite service provides customers with the convenience of servicing and repairing trucks at their place of business.
Dickinson also offers a Fleet Management Program for companies that want help managing their fleet costs and PMs but still want to be involved with day-to-day decisions on repairs. DFS provides the systems to manage fleet maintenance and cost, as well as the service network to maintain the trucks.
