The network of Bosselman Boss Shops continues to grow as the 25th Boss Shop opened recently in Benton Harbor, Mich. “We’re working to broaden our footprint across the country in the truck repair business,” says Chuck Bosselman, board chairman. “The trucking industry is constantly looking for repair facilities that they can trust to do their over-the-road work for them, and after 62 years in this industry, Boss Shops are targeting that need through quality service and competitive pricing.”
The opening of the Benton Harbor location brings a total of 25 Boss Shops in 18 states. As part of the Ambest and Pilot network, Boss Shop says its customers gain additional value with coast-to-coast warranty coverage and standards of service. Coming soon is a Boss Shop Express in Laramie, Wyo.
Current Boss Shop locations include Grand Island, North Platte and Big Springs, Neb.; Rapid City and Sioux Falls, S.D.; Altoona, Iowa; Jamestown, N.M.; Tulsa, Okla.; Salina, Kan.; Mortons Gap, Ky.; Benton Harbor, Mich.; Black River Falls, Wis.; Carlisle, Pa.; Dallas and West Houston/Brookshire, Texas; Ehrenburg, Ariz.; Fargo, N.D.; Lebec (Frazier Park), Calif.; Ft. Chiswell, Va.; Jerome (Twin Falls), Idaho; Ogden, Utah; and Gary, Indianapolis, Lake Station and Hebron (Lowell), Ind.
Services offered at Boss Shop include tires, quick lube oil changes and brake, electrical, drivetrain, air conditioning and other repairs, as well as roadside service. Boss Shops carry tire lines including Bridgestone, Firestone, Michelin, BF Goodrich, Goodyear and DynaTrac, along with a Chrome Store with products to trick out a truck. Boss Shop customers also can enroll in the new Boss Shops Rewards program, a card-based program that rewards points based on purchases in any Boss Shop.
