Eaton completes Wright Line purchase

Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corp. announced Wednesday, Aug. 25, that it has completed its purchase of Wright Line Holding Inc. announced Aug. 4.

Wright Line provides customized enclosures, rack systems and airflow management systems to store, power and secure mission-critical IT data center electronics. The business had sales of about $101 million for the 12 months ended June 30.
