The Climate Protection Partnership Division of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has partnered with the Mobile Air Conditioning Society Worldwide for complementary monthly informational webinars throughout 2010. The webinars are focused on informing the mobile A/C community on environmental best practices for servicing mobile A/C systems and demystifying current and proposed regulations.
Webinars that already have taken place are archived and available for viewing on the MACS website at http://bit.ly/brV6AC. The October free webinar is scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 21, at 1:30 p.m. ET. Ward Atkinson, SAE interior climate control standards committee chairman and MACS technical adviser, will discuss SAE standards related to HFO-1234yf refrigerant systems and service.
