Jim Frazzini has been promoted to vice president of operations for Todco, responsible for continuous operational improvement of the Marion, Ohio-based company’s three manufacturing facilities, engineering and new product development, and inventory control and plant safety.
Frazzini has been a Todco employee for 10 years, where he has served as plant manager at the Upper Sandusky plant complex, operations manager and director of operations for the division. Prior to Todco, Frazzini has held plant management positions with Hancor Pipe, Delphi and GM Powertrain.
“Jim has proven to possess the skills to drive and support functions that can deliver products and services to customers in an efficient and cost-effective manner,” says Scott Blackford, president. “His leadership will be crucial to deliver improved cycle times of processes, to increase product reliability and to reduce costs without sacrificing quality.”
