Pilot Flying J Travel Centers announced that Scan & Go scanning and Scan & Go Document Management Service will no longer be available at the former Flying J locations after Oct. 5, 2010. Transflo Express truck stop scanning from Pegasus TransTech is offered at Pilot Flying J locations and will replace Scan & Go for fleets that sign up with Pegasus TransTech prior to Oct. 5.

Pegasus TransTech operates a truck stop scanning network in North America with more than 750 locations throughout the United States and Canada.

“It was not economically feasible to support multiple scanning options in the travel centers,” said Scott Wombold, Pilot’s vice president of national accounts and wholesale fuel. “It’s important that Flying J customers receive the same quality, availability, and value that Pilot customers have come to depend on over the years.”

Transflo Express provides same-day access to delivery documents to speed cash flow for fleets and drivers. With Transflo Express, documents are sent electronically to the fleet for immediate billing and payroll processing.

“Fleets can rest assured that they will receive the same fast and accurate scanning at the new locations that they have received for over 8 years at all Pilot Travel Centers,” said Bob Helms, Pegasus TransTech chairman and CEO.
