SkyBitz hires new executive for global markets

SkyBitz, a provider of remote asset tracking and information management solutions, announced a new appointment intended to expand the company’s position internationally as it prepares its remote asset tracking and information management solutions for global markets.

Robert Hsu has joined SkyBitz as its new vice president of international business development. In this newly created role, SkyBitz says that Hsu will be responsible for building and sustaining new sales distribution channels overseas and expanding business opportunities both domestically and abroad.

Prior to joining SkyBitz, Mr. Hsu advised clients of various organizational stages in sales, marketing and/or business development best practices to meet company objectives. Mr. Hsu’s engagements ranged across a variety of markets including developing and building a new government practice for a global satellite company in the civilian and Department of Defense (DOD) segments. He has held executive positions at Lavell, Spacenet, Iridium, Astrolink, AT&T, and most recently as senior vice president with SkyPort Global Communications.
