user-gravatar Headshot

In an effort to further promote its assets globally, the Port of Los Angeles is seeking firms and individuals to provide international business development and trade promotion services in eight locations worldwide. With satellite marketing offices currently representing the port in major cities throughout the world, the port seeks to continue operations in South America (domiciled in Chile), South China (domiciled in Hong Kong), North China (domiciled in Shanghai), Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia (domiciled in Singapore), Taiwan and the U.S. East Coast.

The port’s international business development representatives are an extension of its Los Angeles-based business and trade development team. These overseas representatives provide the port with a presence in established and potential cargo markets, and actively assist U.S. and foreign exporters seeking to expand their product distribution in the global marketplace.
