Old Dominion Freight Line announced that users of its website odfl4me.com can now customize their reports and receive them via e-mail.

Odfl4me.com allows customers to manage their accounts with Old Dominion and control transactions, including scheduling pickups and tracking shipments in real-time.

With the added feature, users can now create a report, selecting from a number of fields, including shipper information, bill of lading, purchase order numbers, delivery information and the delivery’s current status. Users can also receive a digital version of the report, selecting a frequency (daily, weekly, monthly or one time) and a format (spreadsheet or html) for how they want to receive the information.

The report, which will be sent to the odfl4me.com user’s e-mail address on file, will continue to be generated until the user removes it from the system.

“We are always looking to improve how we use technology so that our customers have the best experience possible,” said Wayne Capwell, Old Dominion’s director of eCommerce. “With this added feature, users of odfl4me.com can now easily build reports using information that is tailored to their specific needs.”

The secured website is available to all Old Dominion customers. Those who do not have an account can sign up for free.
