uDrove, a provider of mobile solutions for the transportation industry, announced the availability of the uDrove paperwork replacement system for the Blackberry platform. This release complements the iPhone and Android versions of uDrove’s electronic recordkeeping system aimed at eliminating paperwork hassles. uDrove now supports the Bold 9000, Tour 9630, Curve 8530, Bold 9700 and Curve 8900, as well as touchscreen models including Storm 9530, Storm 2 9530 and BlackBerry Torch.

uDrove says it is a business and compliance management tool for the long-haul trucking industry that harnesses the power, accessibility and portability of a smartphone to replace in-cab paperwork with a simple easy-to-use phone application. uDrove says it allows drivers and trucking companies to manage driver logbooks, fuel and mileage records, proof-of-delivery documents and on-road expenses. It also provides fleets and shippers with real-time load tracking from pickup to delivery.

“We are excited to add BlackBerry support to our line up of mobile devices,” says Joel McGinley, president of uDrove. “This BlackBerry release serves the need of a large number of BlackBerry-carrying truck drivers and BlackBerry-enabled fleets.”
