Purolator USA, a provider of U.S.-Canada cross-border logistics services, has announced the appointment of Anthony Catapano to the newly created position of manager of corporate sales operations. In his position, Catapano will be located in the company’s headquarters in Jericho, N.Y.
“Anthony will fill an important roll by ensuring that as we expand, our sales team offers consistent service and follows same ‘best practices’ to ensure positive customer experiences,” says John Sweeney, vice president of field sales and service quality. “A Purolator customer will receive the same high standards for guaranteed on-time delivery and customer service regardless of which Purolator office services his account.”
Catapano brings to his position more than 20 years of experience in sales and global logistics, with previous positions including the director of international business development at DHL Worldwide Express. “Anthony’s experience will be a great asset both to Purolator and to our customers,” Sweeney says.
