LeanLogistics recognized for customer service

LeanLogistics, a global solutions provider of transportation management system applications and supply chain services, was selected as Customer Service Department of the Year for the airlines, distribution and transportation industries in the fifth annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. LeanLogistics was cited for its high customer satisfaction ranking (an average of 96 percent) in areas such as customer renewal, willingness to provide referrals and closed incident support.

This is the third year that the Holland, Mich.-based company has been recognized; in 2009 and 2010, LeanLogistics was named a finalist. “Our customers are everything – without them, we couldn’t exist,” says Matt Ahearn, president of LeanLogistics. “Creating the best possible customer experience is a top priority – from delivering customer-centric products to making sure clients receive the service they deserve. Customers first, always.”
