Dorman Products announced the launch of its HD Solutions brand of heavy-duty Class 4-8 aftermarket parts, including door handles, hinges and door checks; fluid reservoirs with upgraded design or material; headlight modules and work lights; hood components, including color-coded springs, latch kits and cables; window regulators and lift motors; fuel senders, speed/tach sensors and dash panel parts; and wiper transmissions, coolant tubes and other upgraded failure–prone parts.

“We are all very excited for the opportunity to bring our new product development process, engineering capabilities and quality focus to the heavy-duty market,” says Steven Berman, Dorman chief executive officer. “For Dorman, the HD Solutions launch represents the culmination of many years of research, planning and cutting-edge product development.”

In addition to the heavy-duty parts offering, Dorman is introducing several selling and training tools designed to support the launch of the HD Solutions brand. The new HD Solutions Website ( offers access to comprehensive product detail in addition to a year\make\model parts search, enhanced by Google search functionality. Also available now, the new HD Solutions catalog features complete product detail, full color images, multiple indexes and tech tips.

“This new line offers more than just replacement parts,” says Scott Donnelly, Dorman’s director of heavy-duty sales. “It focuses on providing unique benefits exclusive to our offering. Features such as re-engineered parts aimed at increasing durability, complete kits that yield time and cost savings, and products that enable technicians to replace just the failed piece rather than an entire assembly drive home the value that the HD Solutions line offers.”
