Haldex has added new resources within its Remanufactured Products business unit to help boost efforts in marketing and product management. Tim Shaw has taken on the role as product manager for all remanufactured products produced in the remanufacturing plant in Marion, N.C., and Dan Dunkleberger has joined the team as product manager for friction products and remanufactured brake shoes supported by Haldex’s nationwide network of friction centers.
Haldex says the product management team is working on a number of initiatives, including product line expansions in remanufactured rotating electric products, ABS valves, hydraulic brake calipers and a transit brake shoe program. Remanufactured product branding, packaging and literature also are being updated ; new videos that showcase Haldex’s remanufacturing facilities have been produced and posted on the company’s Website.
