Lowe’s recognizes Con-way Truckload

Con-way Truckload announced it recently was honored with the 2011 Lowe’s Gold Carrier Award for excellent operating performance, on-time service and reliability. Each year, Lowe’s recognizes and honors carriers that consistently have exceeded the demands of Lowe’s transportation needs over the previous year.

Criteria for the customer award include superior performance in the categories of on-time service, load acceptance and EDI shipment status compliance. Con-way Truckload achieved a compliance record of 99.5 percent for the past year to earn the Gold Carrier Award. The Joplin, Mo.-based carrier has received multiple customer awards from Lowe’s throughout their seven-year relationship for attaining high performance levels consistently.
