GE Capital Fleet Services’ U.S. maintenance control center, located in Eden Prairie, Minn., was recognized as a Top 50 Call Center by BenchmarkPortal, a leading contact center research and consulting organization. This award marks the third time in three years that GE Capital Fleet Services has received recognition from BenchmarkPortal.
GE Capital received the designation as part of BenchmarkPortal’s 2013 Top 100 Call Center award program, which compares the performance of contact centers throughout North America by evaluating their key metrics against industry peers. Entries are validated by certified call center experts and submissions are scored on the basis of both quality and cost efficiency. GE won the award in the Small-Sized Center category.
Through its maintenance control center, GE Capital Fleet Services provides 24/7 support to its customers’ fleet managers and drivers, helping them control costs, enhance driver productivity, obtain necessary financing, and manage and maintain their fleets.
In 2012 and 2011, GE Capital Fleet Services’ call center was recognized as a Center of Excellence by BenchmarkPortal. One of the most prestigious awards in the service and support industry, the Center of Excellence certification is awarded to call centers that rank in the top 10 percent as surveyed for efficiency and effectiveness.
