Vigillo LLC, creators of data mining software products designed to aggregate, organize and deliver complex fleet safety information in an easy-to-read scorecard format, announced the availability of a comprehensive report on enforcement disparity by county and state.  The report, titled Comprehensive State Enforcement Statistics, will be available for purchase from Vigillo’s IQLab for $499.

The report is a comparative analysis of inspections, violations and crashes for the 48 contiguous United States, drilled down to the county level and normalized by the number of commercial vehicle miles traveled.

“We’ve decided to pull the curtain back on enforcement priorities in different regions,” explained Steven Bryan, founder and CEO of Vigillo. “It’s important for every carrier to understand what they’re facing in the area in which they operate.  Since this is a federal program, ideally enforcement should be uniform across the states, but the report will reveal that unfortunately that is not necessarily the case.”
