TMW Systems announced that its annual TransForum User Conference and Exhibition event will be held at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee, from September 21-24, in 2014. The following year, TransForum will begin slightly earlier than its traditional time, starting September 13th and running through the 16th.  It will take place at the Orlando World Center Marriott in Orlando, Fla., in 2015.

The TransForum event is an educational conference designed for TMW software users in the transportation and logistics, private fleet, distribution, field service, construction, oilfield services, waste management and ready-mix concrete industries as well as heavy-duty repair and service centers. Over three hundred individual software and business management educational sessions are offered at TransForum.

In addition, the event features a concurrent exhibition of TMW Systems technology and service partners offering attendees a selection of complementary technologies aligned with their existing TMW applications. In recognition of the power of integrated services and software, TMW designates the exhibition floor as the “Technology Hub” of TransForum.

“Planning the TransForum User Conference two years out allows TMW to secure locations from across the U.S. that are large enough to hold this vital and expanding customer event,” explained Scott Vanselous, executive vice president of marketing.

The conference now averages approximately 1700 attendees from across North America for users of TMW software products such as: TMWSuite, TruckMate, Innovative IES and TL2000, TMT Fleet Maintenance, Appian DirectRoute, DRTrack, IDSC ExpertFuel, Netwise, MatchAdvice, TripAlert and TMW Business Intelligence tools.
