Our goal was to provide our professional driving associates and all of our departments with a feature rich application that would increase communication across all of our employee associates, along with providing insight into CTG for those outside of our company,” says Doug Schrier vice president of continuous improvement and program management at Covenant.
“Pegasus TransTech had most of the capabilities we were looking for, and could customize their application to deliver the company branded user interface that we wanted,” he added.
Mitch Hixon, vice president of sales with Pegasus TransTech, said the partnership demonstrates that Transflo Mobile+ can meet the needs of any sized fleet. “Our goal is to provide fully customized solutions that allow for quick and efficient integration into existing workflows,” he said.
CTG is using enhanced features in Transflo Mobile+ that include video communication updates, load tendering, two-way messaging, customized driver portal, settlements, and much more. The services allow its drivers to stay better connected while out on the road.
