Editor’s note: Interstate 95 has reopened fully in South Carolina, Georgia and Florida, according to authorities on those states. However, portions remain closed in North Carolina. See CCJ‘s latest coverage at this link.

Four states in the southeast — Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina have issued emergency waivers to suspend some trucking regulations for those carrying relief and emergency-related loads.
