Polaris Transportation Group has announced it has acquired the shares of two Toronto-based companies – J.G. Drapeau and Commercial Warehousing Logistics, which are owned by the same family.
The acquisition is the third for Polaris, and the company says it allows it to “increase its concentration of Fortune 500 customers.”
Polaris says Drapeau was recently recognized by Trucking HR Canada with the 2017 Top Fleet Employer award.
