CCJ gets driver’s take on e-logs, performance monitoring apps

CCJ Technology Editor Aaron Huff asked an experienced driver, Bill Guthrie, for perspective on how fleets can best roll out electronic logs and driver performance monitoring systems. These and other technologies are viewed by many fleet executives as essential to improve compliance, safety and efficiency, but they can also sow division within the ranks and cause turnover.
