Dave Bozeman, a former vice president with Ford and Amazon, has been named C.H. Robinson's new Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors, effective June 26.
Scott Anderson has been serving as Interim CEO since January 2023, following Bob Biesterfeld's resignation, and will continue in that role until Bozeman joins the company and will work with him in transition. Anderson will continue to serve as a member of C.H. Robinson’s Board of Directors.
Bozeman comes to C.H. Prior to Ford, Bozeman served as Vice President of Amazon Transportation Services of Amazon.com, Inc., where he led supply chain optimization for customer delivery across Amazon’s global operations, helping build out and scale the middle mile global transportation business, which included both ground and air as well as over the road and under the roof business operations. In his more than 30 year career, Bozeman held roles of increasing seniority at Caterpillar, Inc. from 2008 to 2016, ultimately serving as Senior Vice President Enterprise Systems. Earlier in his career, Mr. Bozeman spent 16 years at Harley-Davidson, from 1992 to 2008. Bozeman served as a member of the Board of Directors of Weyerhaeuser from 2015 to 2017.
