00:20 In-cab technology platform ISAAC Instruments has launched a new feature to help trucking fleet clients make strategic decisions informed by data.

ISAAC Analytics gives fleets insight into their operational costs, fuel efficiency, asset utilization and safety and compliance statistics with access to ISAAC’s 360° Insights and easy-to-use dashboards that visually explain factors behind the data so fleets can quickly act on emerging trends.

Data metrics include ISAAC Coach scores, miles-per-gallon and asset utilization, as well as critical events such as hard braking, engine idling, and hours-of-service violations. Fleets can review two years of information, allowing them to focus on year-over-year and month-over-month performance trends. They can also customize the categories by terminal, driver or fleet manager.

C.H. Robinson Managed Solutions aims to solve a growing gap in the market for shippers wanting seamless access to TMS technology, 3PL managed transportation and 4PL services from one provider at scale.

Shippers were previously forced to work with multiple providers to get all these services, failing to address the diverse needs of transportation networks and the increasing demand for greater flexibility as they transition between these services, while also being cost-prohibitive, especially for smaller companies.

C.H. Robinson Managed Solutions aims to solve this problem by unlocking access for companies of all sizes to its full breadth of solutions and end-to-end visibility, through one seamless, AI-enhanced global technology platform that helps shippers increase efficiencies, reduce costs, decrease carbon emissions and more.

The TMC name that was previously designated for its 4PL division will be phased out as those services are offered under C.H. Robinson Managed Solutions.

This new program allows brokers to quickly book, manage and tender loads through an intuitive self-serve platform or through integrations with Uber Freight’s carrier marketplace. Brokers can take complete control of load pricing, bid interactions, and carrier selection, or sit back and let the automation features work per their direction. It offers real-time tracking, automated updates and a centralized portal for complete transparency across every shipment. And automated carrier monitoring helps reduce risks and ensure reliability.
