Pegasus TransTech has introduced Transflo 2012, an update of its flagship document management and workflow software for the transportation industry. Transflo 2012 is the latest version of the company’s solution designed to process, store and retrieve critical business documents such as proof of delivery, bills of lading, packing lists, receipts, employment applications and accident reports.

Transflo 2012 is designed to integrate seamlessly with Transflo Express, Pegasus TransTech’s truckstop scanning solution; Transflo Now! anywhere, anytime scanning; and Transflo Now! for iPhone that delivers document images and PODs without the use of a scanner.

According to Bob Helms, chairman and chief executive officer of Pegasus TransTech, Transflo helps carriers speed cash flow, increase productivity, improve operating efficiency and grow without adding headcount. Workflow enables a company to map and manage virtually any business process.

“More than half of our Transflo customers already had imaging systems when they came to us, but they were not experiencing the benefits that Transflo brings them,” Helms says. “Transflo is focused on improving operating ratios for trucking companies.”

Pegasus TransTech says the new Transflo 2012 provides improvements for system administrators, end users and business owners alike. The system incorporates building blocks for future functionality and is designed to enhance efficiency throughout a fleet’s operations.

“We’re focused on providing our customers with tools to reduce costs and improve their overall operating efficiency,” Helms says. “The Transflo 2012 update provides even more tools to accomplish that goal, both now and in the future. Transflo 2012 increases the value of a carrier’s initial technology investment and assures the most efficient management of transportation documents available from any source.”
