Hogan Transports Inc. will implement Transflo Express from Pegasus TransTech as of Dec. 1. Headquartered in St. Louis, Hogan Transports operates a fleet of 1,000 power units providing truckload service throughout the United States. The company also provides leasing and logistics services as well as dedicated and expedited transportation.

Ned Kriegshauser, director of credit and billing Services for Hogan, says he expects to see immediate savings by using Transflo Express truckstop scanning instead of moving paper documents through the mail. “The cost of having documents sent to you through the mail compared to having them scanned is a huge savings,” says Kriegshauser, who also expects to see improved cash flow as a result of implementing Transflo Express.

With Transflo Express, drivers hand their delivery documents to a fuel desk attendant. In seconds, these documents are delivered electronically to headquarters for immediate billing and payroll processing. “We are pleased to have Hogan as a new customer who will join the thousands of carriers who are already utilizing Transflo Express at more than 800 locations in the U.S. and Canada,” says Bob Helms, chief executive officer and chairman of Pegasus TransTech. “We look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship.”
