Ritchie Bros. to hold auction in Winnipeg

Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers will sell hundreds of equipment items and trucks at an unreserved public auction in Winnipeg, Manitoba, on Sept. 17 starting at 9 a.m. Each item will be sold to the highest bidder regardless of price – without minimum bids or reserve prices. Bidders can participate in the auction in person, online in real time at www.rbauction.com or by proxy.

“We’ll be bringing the equipment-buying world to Winnipeg,” says Jim Rotlisberger, regional sales manager of Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers. “Every year, Ritchie Brothers conducts hundreds of equipment and truck auctions around the world, attracting hundreds of thousands of bidders, both onsite and online. This unreserved Winnipeg auction has a great selection of equipment from owners around the province of Manitoba, and we expect to attract bidders from across the country and internationally. All of our auctions are open to the public, and we have something for nearly every equipment user.”

More than 350 equipment items and trucks are featured in the auction, including crawler tractors, wheel loaders, hydraulic excavators, truck tractors aerial equipment and more. Specific equipment highlights from the Winnipeg auction include:
• 15 2012 Peterbilt 386 T/A truck tractors;
• Eight 2007 Peterbilt 387 sleeper T/A truck tractors;
• A 2010 Volvo L90F wheel loader; and
• A 2009 Volvo G940 motor grader.
