EBE Technologies, a developer of enterprise business process management applications for the transportation industry, announced that it has developed an interface with Driver iQ, a trucking-centric, full-service, background screening information service provider.
EBE will offer Driver iQ’s full suite of background information services, including the ability to verify past employment history records through the PRE (Previous Record of Employment) database. This newly developed database is Driver iQ’s system for carriers to obtain instant employment verifications.
The initiative will integrate Driver iQ’s background screening with EBE’s SHIPS Driver Recruiting & Recruiting For Web Workflow Solutions. Fleets utilizing Driver iQ are now able to order publicly available background records such as the most commonly used MVRs, CDLIS, and criminal records as well as previous employment verifications utilizing the EBE software. With the integration, carriers will be assured of a consistent process to access and onboard every single applicant, the companies say.
