Commercial Vehicle Outlook Conference to close with global economic session

Emory University’s Jeff Rosenweig will give the closing address at this year’s Commercial Vehicle Outlook Conference in Dallas Aug. 22 and will offer a global economic outlook.

Rosenweig is the director of Emory University’s Global Perspectives Program and will be joined in his discussion by Avery Vise, executive director of trucking research at Randall-Reilly, publisher of CCJ.

CVOC brings together thought leaders from all segments of trucking to give real-world insights on the state of the industry and steps to be more profitable.

Rosenweig in his address will provide an overview of the global macro-economic trends that will impact the commercial transportation industry and provide insights into the current business environment and the short- and long-term prospects for the U.S. economy.
