Decisiv, Inc., a provider of Service Relationship Management (SRM) platforms for fleet maintenance, announced that it has received the 2013 North American Customer Value Leadership Award for Fleet Maintenance from Frost & Sullivan. The award recognizes Decisiv for implementing strategies that create value for its customers with a focus on improving the return on the investment that customers make in high-value commercial assets such as heavy-duty trucks.

Accepting the award for Decisiv at the Frost & Sullivan 2013 Growth, Innovation & Leadership Awards Gala in San Jose, California, was Steve Hayes, a co-founder of Decisiv and now a key member of the team focused on process re-engineering with fleet customers. Joining Hayes at the ceremony was Dean Dodrill, chief strategy officer, founding investor and board member, who is actively engaged in driving the company’s cloud-based platform architecture.
