Remote diagnostics are proving to reduce downtime with fleets, and a session during Symposium titled “Making the Most of Remote Diagnostics” will dive into a cost/benefit analysis of remote diagnostic software.
Another session to be held during the event, titled “Lowering Maintenance Costs Through Outsourcing Strategies,” will give fleet managers information about lowering their overhead costs by outsourcing larger repairs.
Finally, the “Implementing Low-Viscosity Oils” session will touch on new oils available for fleets. Changing over from a 15W-40 oil to a 5W/10W-30 oil can provide fuel savings without engine degradation.
