Hendrickson Aero Clad bumper for Volvo VNL Hendrickson Bumper and Trim says its Aero Clad bumper designed with a stylish air dam now is available for 2003 and newer Volvo VNL on-highway trucks. The bumper – which comes as part of an optional factory-installed metal bumper package on VNL trucks and also is available for retrofits exclusively through Volvo and Mack dealers – maximizes style, durability, ground clearance and weight savings, according to the company. The bumper, designed to resist weather and corrosion, is made by bonding high-strength corrosion-resistant stainless steel to lightweight aluminum, then polishing to a bright mirror finish.
