Link Logistics expands Atlanta-area footprint with Suwanee warehouse acquisition
Link Logistics has acquired a 230,530-square-foot industrial property in Suwanee, Georgia, expanding its massive warehouse footprint in the Atlanta region. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Located at 460 Horizon Drive along the Northeast Interstate 85 corridor, the facility provides distribution access to major regional transportation networks.
The acquisition bolsters Link Logistics' existing Atlanta portfolio, which now includes nearly 250 industrial properties totaling approximately 39 million square feet. Company executives cited the area's durable customer demand and strategic connectivity to major interstates, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, and the Port of Savannah as key drivers for the investment.
Inceptio Technology reaches 1 billion autonomous kilometers, expands global testing
China-based Inceptio Technology says it has surpassed 1 billion kilometers (621,371,192 miles) of commercial autonomous driving mileage.
The company announced Tuesday that its autonomous systems now cover approximately 97% of China's highway network, serving logistics sectors including express delivery, cold chain, and general cargo. Inceptio claims a market share of more than 90% in the country's autonomous trucking sector.
Leveraging its massive real-world dataset, Inceptio is advancing a new system dubbed "Freight Physical AI." The technology integrates vehicle-level driving intelligence — accounting for the unique physical dynamics of heavy-duty trucks — with cloud-based fleet management to optimize route planning, fuel efficiency, and safety.
Beyond long-haul trucking, the company is expanding into regional and urban distribution. Inceptio launched commercial pilot operations of driverless light-duty trucks with SF Express in May and is testing Level 4 autonomous heavy-duty trucks on open roads with JD Logistics.
The Shanghai-based company is also accelerating its global footprint, launching deployment and validation efforts in Europe, Japan, and the Middle East, highlighted by a recent autonomous trucking pilot project at the Port of Antwerp-Bruges.
