LeanLogistics, a global provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) transportation technology and supply chain services, recently hosted the 8th annual ClientConnect, ‘Delivering Maximum Value in a Changing Economy’, a customer symposium, at the JW Marriott in Grand Rapids, Mich.

LeanLogistics clients from across the United States gathered for the three-day user event, bringing together different perspectives and expertise of industry consultants, operations managers and technology experts. ClientConnect provided On-Demand TMS technology users with an educational and training forum as well as an opportunity to network.

“We’re presenting new ways of leveraging the On-Demand TMS network data,” says Chris Timmer, LeanLogistics senior vice president of business development and marketing. “Transportation Management Index, for example, is a new and remarkable tool for our users to use in this changing economy.”

Attendees of the 2010 ClientConnect were brought up to speed on updates to LeanLogistics solutions, as well as best practices in achieving business objectives for carrier performance, cost reductions and improved customer service.

This year’s event featured shared customer experiences from Diageo, Fresh Start Bakeries, ICL, Meijer, Pinnacle Foods and more, as well as knowledge concerning market trends, application development and business achievements.
