Cintas Corp., a provider of van-delivered first-aid products and safety solutions, announced a call for submissions for the Cintas Courage Award. In honor of National Safety Month, the Courage Award was designed to honor everyday heroes who act in extraordinary ways to keep their friends, family or colleagues safe or who help to save a life.
To enter to win a trip-for-two that includes a choice of a cruise, sports experience or golf vacation package along with $1,000 spending cash, participants can nominate themselves or someone they know who acted courageously to help others. Submissions must be received by Aug. 15. Chosen by public voting, finalists will be announced in September, and the winner will be announced in October. One grand prize winner will receive the trip-for-two or a cash payout of $2,000. The two runners-up each will receive $500.
