Pyle has coverage in the area through its agents. The new service center gives the company the opportunity to serve its customers directly.
“We currently service the Burlington area remotely, but it has been a priority for us to open a service center that would allow for Pyle to have a physical presence in the area to provide a higher level of service and flexibility to our customers,” said John Luciani, chief operating officer, LTL Services.
The service center is located at 513 Avenue D in Williston, about three miles east of Burlington International Airport, and features 16 dock doors. The new service center will initially create up to ten new employment opportunities in the area.
This is Pyle’s first service center serving the metro area of Vermont, expanding Pyle’s current capacity to 23 service centers.
