OtterBox releases protective cases for HTC EVO 4G, Droid Incredible

OtterBox now has Commuter Series protective cases for the HTC EVO 4G and Droid Incredible. The OtterBox Commuter Series provides two layers of protection, including a silicone midlayer wrapped in a polycarbonate shell to prevent damage from bumps and shock. Silicone protects the power and volume buttons, and silicone plugs flip open for access to the charger/accessory, headset and HDMI jacks. The cameras, speaker, kickstand and proximity sensor also remain accessible through the case. An included microfiber cleaning cloth, installation card and self-adhering clear protective film keep the screen scratch-free and looking new.

The Commuter Series case allows for full functionality of the Incredible’s many features, including the 8-megapixel camera. The three levels of protection include a self-adhering screen protector the keeps the touch-display screen safe from scratches, while a silicone midlayer cradles the device to absorb shocks and bumps, and a polycarbonate shell provides added strength and helps the device slide easily in and out of a pocket or purse. Silicone plugs also are built-in to keep the ports free from debris.
