Clarios Connected Services now offers fleet customers a more proactive approach to battery management. The new Battery Manager Pro service offering provides consistent battery performance through continuous health monitoring, predictive replacement planning and automatic delivery of the optimum replacement batteries at the right time.
Battery Manager Pro is an extension of Clarios Connected Services’ Battery Manager, which was introduced last fall and uses charge monitoring to provide a fleet manager with insights on when they should plan battery replacement.
Battery Manager Pro not only monitors batteries remotely but automatically delivers replacements when batteries are nearing end of life. Real‑time data allows Clarios to recommend the battery that best fits each vehicle’s unique usage profile – maximizing battery performance and reducing downtime. Fleets are notified in advance so replacements can be scheduled during the vehicle’s next preventative maintenance.

In addition to Battery Manager Pro and Battery Manager, Clarios offers a growing number of IoT solutions, including IdleLess and Trailer Battery Manager as part of its Clarios Connected Services offering.
