Ford Super Duty gets new-look hubs from Warn Industries
Taller, more aggressive tires put a lot of added strain on a 4×4’s drivetrain, and the weakest link is at the hubs.
Ford’s Super Duty F250/350/450 trucks deliver a lot of torque and owners who can’t afford downtime can now upgrade the OEM hubs to Warn Industries newest generation of Premium Locking Hubs.
The U.S.-made Premium Locking Hubs, which can be easily installed on 2005-newer Super Duties, are built to take the beatings modified rigs with bigger tires often dish out.
They use heat-treated Cro-Moly steel gears and an upgraded bearing housing to provide greater strength along with an all-metal cap and dial (with IP68 waterproof rating). The hub’s dial turns easily, even in cold weather with heavy gloves.
The hub components are made of Marine-grade corrosion–resistant stainless steel hardware.
The Warn Premium Hubs utilize a unique cartridge design that allows for easier installation, and quicker disassembly if maintenance should be needed.
