State bill would criminalize non-citizen, unauthorized truck drivers
A new bill would ban commercial vehicle drivers operating in Arkansas who aren't U.S. citizens or who do not hold a valid U.S. CDL, impounding the trucks and hitting individual drivers with $5,000 fines and fleets with double that.
