Court halts NYSTA surcharge on commercial trucking toll management service providers

The court's rulings pause the implementation of the surcharge and allow Bestpass by Fleetworthy and PrePass to continue their participation in NYSTA’s existing Standard Commercial Charge Account program while the court reviews legal and procedural issues related to the authority's newly established program.
